1000heads Group is seeking an IT Engineer based in Bogotá to own day-to-day IT support across the Americas, reporting to the Global IT Director. You’ll diagnose and resolve issues on macOS and Windows, manage hardware and AV/meeting-room tech, and work across time zones with minimal supervision.

Fluent English and Spanish are required, with 2–4 years of IT support experience and a hybrid office schedule in Bogotá. This is a hands-on role with broad regional impact.

• 2-4 years IT support experience across multiple offices or regions.
• Strong troubleshooting across macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Americas regional IT support: primary IT contact for US offices.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on macOS and Windows devices.
• Set up and configure equipment for new starters, meeting rooms, and regional tasks.
• Manage hardware maintenance, lifecycle and asset records across the region.
• Troubleshoot office network issues and liaise with vendors/landlords.
• Support AV/meeting-room tech (Teams, Google Meet) across Americas offices.
• Global office coverage: overflow IT support to non-Americas offices when time zones allow.
• Escalate with Global IT Director on cross-office incidents and projects.
