ARRISE seeks an experienced IT Support Engineer to serve as an on-site System Administrator, handling end-user IT queries via Teams, Outlook, Jira Service Desk, and maintaining Windows/macOS devices, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and SharePoint.

The role requires 3+ years in a similar position, strong networking and troubleshooting skills, and English proficiency. Bachelor’s in IT/CS; on-site role in Bogotá, Colombia, with growth opportunities within the company.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
3+ years in system/network IT support or admin roles.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint.
Excellent Windows and macOS support across devices.
English professional proficiency.

Responsabilidades

Be the single IT contact via Teams, Outlook, Jira Service Desk.
Log, categorize, and manage support requests with SLA adherence.
Install and maintain Windows/macOS devices and apps including Intune.
Configure new user accounts and access rights.
Provide 1st/2nd line support for hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and SharePoint.
Own incidents, monitor progress, and escalate when needed.
Coordinate with external vendors for advanced issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory and onboarding/offboarding docs.
Prepare user guides and basic end-user training.
