Empresaconfidencial is seeking an IT Support Technician in Bogota for a full-time on-site role, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. You will support end users with Mac OS, Apple hardware, and various software tools to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, strong customer service skills, and proven ability to troubleshoot issues using Google Workspace, JAMF Pro, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office across multi-location environments.

We are seeking a IT Support Technician with expertise in Macintosh OS, Apple hardware and google suite

Bogota. Full time On-site position.

Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm

What you'll need:

• 3+ year’s experience
• Proficiency in Macintosh OS and Apple Hardware, troubleshooting, and customer service.
• Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF Pro, SalesForce, Microsoft Office
• Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.
• Able to read and understand technical manuals.
• Serving multi employee locations.
• Familiar with general cloud software
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate professionalism while maintaining composure in stressful situations.
