Empresaconfidencial is seeking an IT Support Technician in Bogota for a full-time on-site role, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. You will support end users with Mac OS, Apple hardware, and various software tools to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, strong customer service skills, and proven ability to troubleshoot issues using Google Workspace, JAMF Pro, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office across multi-location environments.

Formación

• 3+ years experience in IT support
• Proficient with Macintosh OS and Apple hardware
• Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF Pro, Salesforce, MS Office
• Able to troubleshoot and deliver good customer service
• Able to read and understand technical manuals
