Job summary

Pond & Company in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Recruiter / Human Resources Generalist to support our growing office and broader company operations. This role will spend about 75% on recruiting and talent acquisition and 25% on local HR activities.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of combined recruiting and HR experience, with C1 English proficiency, and experience in engineering or other technical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least five years of combined experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related people-support functions.
• Experience managing recruiting processes for professional, technical, engineering, or other specialized positions.
• Experience in engineering, architecture, construction, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure strongly preferred.
• C1 English proficiency or higher.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience partnering with U.S.-based teams, hiring managers, recruiters, or HR professionals preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and recruiting systems.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting activities for positions based in the Bogotá office and partner with U.S.-based recruiters and HR teams.
• Coordinate interviews across Colombia and the United States.
• Support onboarding and HR processes, including documentation and policy communication.
• Maintain organized, confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with local employee engagement, culture, and HR programs and trainings.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
