Noor Staffing Group is seeking a driven Recruiter for our Homecare division. This remote role focuses on high-volume recruiting, sourcing Therapists, Nurses, and Caregivers, and requires cold calling and adherence to established metrics.

You will work US business hours (ET), be fluent in English and bilingual in Spanish, and manage ATS documentation while collaborating with the sales director to hit hiring goals.

Formación

• Healthcare recruiting experience with emphasis on cold calling.
• Minimum of 2 years agency recruiting experience.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish.
• Ability to work US business hours (Eastern Time).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools.

We are seeking a driven and motivated Recruiter to join our Homecare division team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in high-volume recruiting and comfortable with cold calling candidates, following established recruitment processes and adhering to performance metrics.

This is a work-from-home position, but you must be able to work during New York business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm Central Time Zone) and have fluent proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for roles like Therapists and Nurses and Caregivers
• Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for open roles in various industries
• Adhere to performance metrics, including number of daily calls, submissions, and placements
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Collaborate with sales director and colleagues to meet hiring goals
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of candidate conversations and interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers through the interview and placement process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a recruiting healthcare role, with emphasis on cold calling candidates
• Minimum of 2 years agency recruiting experience
• Strong command of the English language - writing, speaking and listening - and bilingual in Spanish
• Ability to work US business hours (Eastern Time Zone)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working with performance metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• Reliable home office and Windows computer setup with seamless internet access (Mandatory)
• Able to work US business hours (Monday-Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm Central Time Zone).
