Team 360 Staffing in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking a Recruiter experienced in virtual talent acquisition to build a strong candidate pipeline across roles. You will source via Indeed, ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter, screen candidates, and manage records in our ATS.

This remote-friendly role offers 40 hours per week, monthly visits to the office, a compensation of $1,300, 66% health insurance coverage, and performance bonuses along with professional growth opportunities.

Formación

• 2+ years experience as a Virtual Recruiter sourcing and screening candidates.
• English at least B2 level.
• Proven use of Indeed, ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Source and attract high-caliber candidates using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screening to ensure the perfect fit for each role
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
• Implement proactive sourcing strategies including cold-calling, networking, and industry events
• Perform phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit
• Maintain precise candidate records in our applicant tracking system
• Stay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices

Requirements

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
