Paired is seeking a Remote Inside Sales Agent (ISA) for a US-based residential real estate brokerage. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, qualifying leads from Zillow and other sources, and booking appointments with agents’ calendars.

You will maintain CRM records and support marketing tasks, with a CST timezone schedule and 40 hours per week. Qualifications include fluent English for US clients, outbound calling experience, CRM proficiency, and Spanish fluency as a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and leads from buyers, sellers, and the public.

• Run follow-up campaigns and nurture leads until ready to speak with an agent.
• Log every conversation and next step in the CRM.
• Keep the CRM and lead platforms clean and up to date.
• Support recurring marketing tasks like weekly open house emails and seller follow-ups.

About the Company

Our client is a residential real estate brokerage in Houston, Texas, with about 50 agents. They’re looking for a full-time remote ISA to be the first voice their clients hear and to keep their lead database working for their agents. You’ll report to the broker and work alongside the ISA team and Listing Coordinator.

What You’ll Do

Inbound calls and leads

• Answer incoming calls from buyers, sellers and the public quickly and professionally
• Respond to new online leads (Zillow and other sources) within minutes, qualify them and route them to the right agent
• Book appointments, showings and listing consultations on agents’ calendars
• Call, text and email past clients, sphere contacts and older leads to uncover buyers and sellers
• Run follow-up campaigns and nurture leads until they’re ready to talk to an agent
• Log every conversation and next step in the CRM

Admin and platform upkeep

• Keep the CRM and lead platforms clean: merge duplicates, update contact details, tag and assign leads correctly
• Maintain accuracy across admin platforms and lead sources
• Support recurring marketing tasks like weekly open house emails and seller follow-up routines

Requirements

• Must Have
• Fluent, clear spoken and written English, comfortable on the phone with U.S. clients all day
• Confident making outbound calls and handling objections
• Strong organization and data discipline
• Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace and a quality headset
• Nice to Have
• Experience with Follow Up Boss, Zillow, CINC or similar platforms
• Spanish fluency
• Schedule (U.S. Central Time, 40 hours/week)
• Monday to Wednesday: 10 AM to 6 PM
• Thursday: 9 AM to 4 PM
• Sunday: 9 AM to 6 PM
• Friday and Saturday: Off
