Qualifikationen

• Experience with government procurement and contracting processes.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technical.
• 5+ years of B2B/enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years selling to government entities.

• Own revenue targets for SLG Colombia; develop multi-year account strategies.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships (CxO Level) across state and local government accounts.
• Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services tailored to public sector use cases.
• Navigate public procurement processes and lead commercial negotiations.
• Build and activate a partner ecosystem specialized in public sector procurement and compliance.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.
