Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. This role bridges warehouse operations and technical development by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.

You will own backlog, lead API and data interface initiatives with ERP and TMS, and guide end-to-end testing to ensure reliable supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
