Job summary

EMAPTA Latam seeks a Property Claims Onboarding Specialist to guide clients through the initial steps toward legal representation. You will conduct onboarding calls, gather detailed loss information, and ensure complete, accurate case files for attorneys.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong verbal communication skills.
• Spanish and English bilingual proficiency strongly preferred.
• Professional phone presence with the ability to communicate confidently and empathetically.
• Comfort speaking with clients by phone.
• Strong listening and interviewing skills to gather the client story.

Responsibilities

• Receive live transfers from Intake/Sales after new Property & Casualty clients sign with the firm.
• Welcome new clients and ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Legal.
• Conduct onboarding calls to capture the complete client story.
• Ask follow-up questions to clarify loss details and required next steps.
• Verify accurate client, property, mortgage, insurance, policy, and claim information.
• Collect documents and evidence including photos, letters, invoices, and reports.
• Report new property insurance claims to carriers when required.
• Coordinate with insurers and mortgage companies for claim information.
• Review representation agreements for completeness and consistency.
• Identify and resolve missing or inconsistent onboarding items.
