Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to connect warehouse operations with development teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active systems to optimize supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
