Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT, translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. You will work with Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities to optimize our enterprise software footprint.

Candidates bring 10+ years in IT with 6-8 years on Manhattan platforms, strong SQL and integration experience, and a CSPO or Manhattan cert.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Aufgaben

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
