Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and tech teams, translating complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions. You’ll work with Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active to optimize our enterprise software footprint.

Qualified candidates have 10+ years in IT and 6–8 years on Manhattan platforms, with strong SQL, API/EDI skills and Agile delivery acumen. Location: Mexico; full-time with flexible options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise app experience.
• 6–8 years focused on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• WMS module configuration and integration standards knowledge.
• SQL querying and API/EDI integration proficiency.
• Agile delivery and end-to-end flow testing experience.
• Bachelor’s in CS/IT/SCM; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map APIs, EDI, interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS.
