Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active capabilities to optimize enterprise software footprints.

Bring 10+ years in IT with 6-8 years on Manhattan platforms, strong SQL and API skills, and a CS/IT background. The role offers flexible work options and a focus on professional growth within a global leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years in Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards.
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics and user stories for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
