Job summary

Iron Mountain is hiring a Technical Product Owner - WMS in Mexico to bridge warehouse operations with IT teams. You will transform complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active platforms, shaping our enterprise software footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise app experience with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.
• Solid knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL, and integration standards.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog, elicit needs, translate into epics, stories and specs.
• Lead technical integration between WMS and ERP/TMS; map REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide system expertise on Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
