Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable Manhattan Scale/Active WMS solutions. You’ll work with our ERP/TMS integrations and lead testing across the lifecycle.

The role requires 10+ years in IT with 6-8 years in Manhattan platforms, strong SQL and API integration skills, and a CS/Supply Chain background. We offer flexible work options and a comprehensive benefits package in Mexico.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
