Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, shaping the enterprise software footprint.

The role requires 10+ years in IT with 6–8 years in Manhattan platforms, strong SQL, API & system integration skills, and a CS/IT or related degree. Location: Mexico with flexible options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience eliciting operational needs and translating into epics and stories.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, and integration standards.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements; translate needs into epics and specs for development teams.
• Lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS through APIs and interfaces.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing and validate edge cases before UAT.
• Provide expert guidance on Manhattan Scale/Active WMS capabilities and architecture.
