Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You'll own the backlog, lead technical integration between WMS and ERP/TMS, and design end-to-end testing to validate edge cases before UAT.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications with focus on WMS platforms.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile.
• Experience in end-to-end flow testing and root-cause triage.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate operations needs into epics and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities and configurations.
