Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, aligning with ERP and TMS interfaces.

You will lead backlog, requirement elicitation, and end-to-end testing, while serving as the SME for WMS configurations and architecture to optimize our enterprise software footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and SQL querying.
• Experience with system integration standards and Agile delivery.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead technical integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive flow testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
• Provide system expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
