Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT teams, translating complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions. You will optimize the enterprise footprint using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will own requirements, drive API/EDI integrations, and lead end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution across multiple global locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
