Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions and own the backlog, APIs, and integrations with ERP/TMS.

You will leverage Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, guide testing, and support agile delivery across global teams with a focus on data privacy and customer value.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience executing end-to-end flow testing and root-cause issue triage, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
