Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

You will own backlog, lead API integration projects with Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, and guide end-to-end testing to validate edge cases before UAT.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and SQL querying.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
