Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT teams. You’ll translate complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities to optimize supply chain execution.

Responsibilities include owning backlog, mapping APIs/EDI, and conducting rigorous end-to-end tests. A senior background in WMS with ERP/TMS integration is essential.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities and architecture.
