Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own the backlog, lead API and data interface integrations, design end-to-end testing plans, and serve as the SME on WMS configurations to optimize supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience; 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale/Active.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs for development.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
