Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own backlog, lead integrations with ERP and TMS, and drive end-to-end testing while serving as the SME on Manhattan capabilities and configurations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Supply Chain.
Experience with enterprise IT projects and WMS systems preferred.
CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs for development teams.
Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.
Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing, validating edge cases before UAT.
Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
