Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT development, translating complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions. You will work with Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active to optimize our enterprise software footprint.
The role requires 10+ years in IT enterprise apps with 6-8 years on Manhattan platforms, strong WMS configuration, and solid SQL and Agile skills.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
- 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards.
- Proficient in SQL querying and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Experience with end-to-end flow testing and root-cause issue triage.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs for dev teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
- Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configs, and architecture.
