Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. You will leverage Manhattan Scale and Active WMS expertise to optimize supply chain execution and shape our enterprise software footprint.
The role requires 10+ years in IT with 6–8 years in Manhattan platforms, strong WMS configuration and API integration skills, and a CS/IT background.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
- Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing and validate complex edge cases before UAT.
- Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
