Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT development teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions and optimize the enterprise software footprint using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

The role requires 10+ years in IT enterprise apps with 6–8 years focusing on Manhattan platforms, strong SQL and API integration skills, and a BS in CS/IT or related field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
• Ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and root-cause issue triage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
