Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT, turning complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions. You will leverage Manhattan Scale and Active WMS knowledge to optimize supply chain execution and expand the enterprise software footprint.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Responsibilities

Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validate complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
Provide System Expertise: Be SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
