Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will own backlog, define epics and stories, and coordinate with development teams to implement robust warehouse management capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in IT, deep Manhattan Scale/Active experience, strong API/EDI integration skills, and proven testing and collaboration abilities to bridge technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with focus on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong WMS configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• Experience with end-to-end flow testing, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder bridging.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
