Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations with software development, turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will own the backlog, lead API/EDI integrations, and design end-to-end tests to ensure reliable supply chain execution. A strong SQL/Agile background and SME knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• Proven ability to conduct end-to-end flow testing and triage complex issues with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; CSPO or Manhattan certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations.
