Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable solutions.

You will act as a subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale/Active, configure WMS modules, and guide API integrations with ERP and TMS systems. A focus on end-to-end testing and stakeholder alignment is essential to deliver reliable enterprise software.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
