Job summary
Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT development teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active systems to optimize supply chain execution.
The role requires deep expertise in WMS configurations, REST/SOAP API mapping, and end-to-end testing within an Agile environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience (industry-standard).
- 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics and user stories for development teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end tests for complex supply chain edge cases.
- Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
