Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT teams. You will translate complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will lead the backlog, design integrations with ERP/TMS, and validate end-to-end flows. A CSPO or Manhattan certification is preferred, with 10+ years in IT enterprise apps and 6–8 years in WMS platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
