Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active WMS capabilities to optimize supply chain execution.

You’ll own backlog, specify requirements, evaluate API integrations with ERP/TMS, and drive end-to-end testing.

Qualifications

• Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, stories and specs.
• Proven ability to map APIs and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Strong experience with WMS module configuration and SQL.
• Bachelor-level degree in a technical field; certifications such as CSPO or Manhattan preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics, stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities.
