Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will own the backlog, lead integrations with ERP/TMS, and ensure rigorous end-to-end tests before UAT. Strong SQL, WMS configuration, and Agile delivery are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• Experience designing and executing end-to-end flow testing and issue triage.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and translate operational needs into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead technical integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
• Provide system expertise as the core SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities.
