Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in a global logistics context. You will bridge warehouse operations and development, translating complex requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

The role emphasizes backlog ownership, API integration, end-to-end testing, and deep system expertise, with a focus on optimizing enterprise software footprints and supply chain execution.

Qualifications

10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications (CSPO or Manhattan) preferred.

Responsibilities

Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs.
Lead Technical Integration: Map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex edge cases.
Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS capabilities.
