Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. Bridge warehouse operations and technical development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

In this role, you will own backlog, lead API integrations with ERP and TMS, and drive end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Experience with end-to-end flow testing and root-cause issue triage.
• Higher education in CS/IT or related field; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain cases.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations and architecture.
