Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.
In this role, you'll bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems. You will own backlog, drive API integrations, and ensure robust testing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise applications experience.
- 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
- Agile delivery experience and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: eliciting needs and translating into epics, user stories, and specs for dev teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
- Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
