Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will own backlog, evaluate integrations, and lead end-to-end testing to optimize supply chain execution and enterprise software footprint. A CSPO or Manhattan certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in IT enterprise applications with focus on WMS.
• Experience in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and system integration exposure.
• Bachelor's degree; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics and user stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: map APIs, EDI, and interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: be SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations.
