Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active capabilities to optimize our enterprise software footprint.

Join us to drive integration, testing, and expert-level configurations while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver value across the supply chain.

Competenze

• 10+ years of IT enterprise applications experience, with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, root-cause analysis, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Mansioni

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for dev teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map/evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities and configurations.
