Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will own backlog, define requirements, and translate them into epics and stories for development teams, enabling robust WMS solutions.

You will map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS, and drive end-to-end testing before UAT, acting as the SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience; 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale/Active.
• Experience with WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• Ability to perform end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map/evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities and configurations.
