Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. The role focuses on owning backlog, driving API integrations, and ensuring robust testing across complex supply chain workflows.

You will serve as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, collaborating with ERP and TMS partners, delivering value through Agile practices, and guiding stakeholders from concept to implementation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases prior to UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
