Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations with technical development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active WMS capabilities.

You will own backlog, drive API and data interfaces with ERP/TMS, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring robust end-to-end testing and quality across the supply

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise app experience
• 6–8 years in Manhattan Scale or Active platforms
• Strong WMS configuration, SQL, APIs, and Agile delivery

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements for development teams
• Lead integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS
• Design and execute end-to-end testing before UAT
• Provide SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations
