Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. In this role, you'll bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

You'll draw on expertise in Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS to optimize supply chain execution and shape our enterprise software footprint, collaborating with ERP/TMS interfaces and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or Supply Chain; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
