Job summary

RemotePeople is seeking a Principal Consultant based in Colombia to join our international team and help us build relationships with US, Europe and beyond.

You'll have autonomy to develop your own client portfolio, work with senior decision-makers, and grow with a model that combines recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services. This is fully remote, with uncapped commission and the opportunity to scale what you've already built.

We're looking for a Principal Consultant based in Colombia to join our growing international team and help us build relationships with companies across the US, Europe and beyond.

This isn't a traditional recruitment desk. We're looking for someone with an established client network and a strong track record of developing business — someone who can bring what they've built and scale it with us.

RemotePeople combines direct headhunting and Employer of Record (EOR) under one roof, helping international companies build teams across Latin America.

The opportunity

You'll have significant autonomy to develop your own client portfolio, work with existing relationships and build new ones.

Our recruitment + EOR model gives you more ways to develop those relationships. A client may come to you for recruitment and later need support employing people internationally — giving you the opportunity to grow the relationship beyond a single hire.

You bring the relationships, commercial experience and market knowledge. We provide the brand, infrastructure, international delivery team and broader service offering to help you take them further.

This isn't about starting from zero. It's about accelerating what you've already built.
