Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager, HVAC to own paid media for HVAC clients with multi-location needs. You will drive targeting, budgeting decisions, and the narrative behind campaign performance in client calls.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads campaigns, implement robust tracking with GA4 and pixel tools, and craft quarterly roadmaps to grow client ROAS and pipeline. Remote work across USA/Canada/LatAm/South Africa is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for HVAC clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
