Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for HVAC clients. You will own paid media strategy, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, build the 90-day roadmaps, and clearly articulate the numbers during client calls with US teams. This role requires 3+ years of hands-on campaign management, agency experience with multiple clients, and excellent spoken English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

As Paid Media Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
