Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, Roofing, to own paid media for a portfolio of roofing clients across multiple markets. You will define targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will be the strategic voice and make the calls. As the go-to expert, you will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, ensuring tracking accuracy and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for roofing accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and when to pause/kill campaigns.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers story on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

As PPC Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
